WELDING MODES
  • NORMAL- standard  process of semiautomatic welding with short circuits;

  • ROOT- welding process by short “cold” arc, optimal choice for welding of root welded seams and thin metal sheets;

  • JET ARC - welding process by dynamic concentrated long arc with deep penetration and capability of forming of backward bead welded seam

  • DAC-MD - (Direct Arc Control Modulation) — welding mode with control of short circuits and pulse modulation for current, that ensures higher speed of welding , minimal splashes and lower heat input, if to compare with Normal mode;

  • ROOT-MD - welding mode with using of pulse modulation for current for root welded seams, enables forming of flush backward bead welded seam while welding is vertically from top downward;

  • R-PIPE - mode for welding of root welded seams and parts with increased clearance with guaranteed forming of backward bead;

  • PULSE - Pulse welding mode. Ensures quality forming of welded seam without additional arm moving of welding operator (‘’herring-bone’’,“half-moon” and etc.), no splashes and high efficiency.
